The Digital SE Copilot is a technical sales role responsible for helping education customers envision, design, and validate AI-enabled transformation scenarios centered on Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role supports enhancing productivity and effectiveness for faculty and staff, modern work transformation, enriched learner and educator experiences, and the responsible use of data across organizations. Responsibilities • Design, demonstrate, and position solutions that bring together Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agents, Microsoft 365, Teams, and related Microsoft technologies to help education organizations achieve their goals. • Engage with decision-makers, information technology leaders, educators, and other education stakeholders to define AI scenarios, adoption strategies, and technical requirements that align with organizational priorities. • Demonstrate the technical value of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related solutions in support of customer transformation goals, helping organizations realize meaningful and measurable outcomes. • Identify and address technical challenges and barriers throughout the customer journey, from early engagement through adoption, ongoing success, and value realization. • Collaborate across partner organizations, sales teams, product teams, and engineering teams to scale Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and enable positive outcomes throughout the education sector.

Required Qualifications • 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience o OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience o OR equivalent experience • Experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, cloud solution selling, or related customer-facing technology roles, with the ability to translate customer challenges into technical solution designs. Preferred Qualifications • 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience o OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience o OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience • Knowledge of, or demonstrated interest in, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, cloud and hybrid architectures, and business transformation scenarios that help organizations achieve strategic outcomes. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead complex technical discussions across diverse audiences. • Fluency in Japanese, with the ability and willingness to collaborate in English as part of a global team.
