You’ll lead complex, high‑impact projects that bring advanced automation, digital systems, and modern manufacturing architectures to life—from defining requirements and building system designs to coordinating integrators, infrastructure changes, and site deployments. The work demands strong cross-functional collaboration, tight technical execution, and clear communication to keep decisions, risks, and progress aligned across teams and leadership levels. In this role, you’ll help deliver scalable, repeatable solutions that drive meaningful operational and financial gains while shaping the future of how Collins manufactures globally. This remote role will require schedule flexibility as it supports global teams and initiatives.

Lead large-scale manufacturing transformation projects integrating automation, equipment, and digital technologies. Drive projects from requirements definition and architecture development through integrator selection, implementation, and site deployment. Partner across Engineering, Operations, Digital, Facilities, Supply Chain, and technical experts to align requirements, decisions, resources, and execution. Coordinate equipment, controls, digital systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure changes required for successful implementation. Manage system integrators and external partners to ensure technical, schedule, cost, and performance objectives are achieved. Communicate program goals, status, risks, decisions, and business impact across all levels of the organization. Deliver significant operational and financial improvements through standardized, scalable Collins architectures and repeatable solutions.
