We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our ever evolving Sales Support team within Global Payments Europe and help shape the future of global commerce. What you’ll own Provide administrative and operational support to the sales organization, ensuring efficient day-to-day processes and customer service delivery Manage customer orders, contracts, quotations, and sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to support order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries Maintain sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking data to support business decision-making Contribute to process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards What you’ll bring 2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer service, or back-office administration Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and supporting commercial teams Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken It’s a bonus if you have Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, card issuing, financial services, or fintech environments Familiarity with sales administration, contract management, or order management processes Experience working with CRM, sales support, or reporting tools Additional requirements Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving Commitment to accuracy, process excellence, and continuous improvement Ability to maintain high-quality documentation and support audit and compliance requirements About the team Our inclusive and global teams win together every day.
