The Software Engineering Platform Manager for Case Data Orchestration & Investigations is a senior technology leadership role responsible for directing multiple engineering teams that design, build, and deliver critical enterprise applications in close partnership with the broader Technology organization. This position leads large-scale, complex development initiatives including case data orchestration platforms that automate case investigation workflows and security operations controls built on a modern technology stack spanning .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, and microservices architecture. The role requires a leader who can translate business and grooming requirements into actionable development plans, ensure on-time and high-quality delivery, and enforce adherence to established architecture, tooling, and safety-and-soundness standards. Beyond technical delivery, this manager exercises strategic influence over budget, resourcing, and planning decisions, while cultivating talent and holding teams accountable to the highest standards of risk management and regulatory compliance. Attend grooming and requirements sessions and translate business requirements into clear, actionable development plans for engineering teams. Lead development efforts for major, large-scale technology projects and ensure on-time, quality delivery of complex solutions. Ensure that all solutions follow prescribed architecture standards for tooling. Ensure that all solutions also meet safety-and-soundness requirements. Oversee the ongoing management of Case Data Orchestration capabilities that automate large portions of the case investigation process. Direct engineering efforts supporting automation of security operations controls and the broader investigation process.
