The role focuses on improving manufacturing yield, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting equipment capacity expansion through close collaboration with Technology Development, Fab15 departments, the global DRAM network, and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining a strong safety culture, supporting technology transfers to sister sites, and preparing for future technology node introductions. You are required to take responsibility for process & workstation as owner and do all tasks assigned timely and accurately. You are also highly appreciated working positively and show your ownership of all the tasks you are assigned. Responsibilities and Tasks: Establish and improve process condition and technology. Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. Establish and modify process management projects. Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering-related field Hands-on experience in Diffusion process engineering within the semiconductor industry (experience with a semiconductor device manufacturer or semiconductor equipment supplier is highly preferred) Ability to communicate effectively in either Japanese or English Required Skills and Qualifications: Ability to effectively utilize AI tools, including generative AI, for information gathering, data analysis, documentation, and continuous process improvement. Demonstrated willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance productivity and business outcomes.
