Defense Mission Professional The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. As a defense mission professional, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, technical, and installation lifecycle management expertise to work on projects. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support efforts to advance initiatives and improve installation and infrastructure management across planning, resourcing, operational oversight, and disposal. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and instrumentation related to installation lifecycle management, real property accountability, and regional command mission execution as part of service and joint missions. You’ll guide the work we do for regional installation commands and the solutions we deliver for military missions, defense planning, national security, installation management, strategic infrastructure planning, and defense mission support. You Have:  Knowledge of installation lifecycle management processes, including planning, budgeting, and execution for MILCON, FSRM, or infrastructure programs Ability to independently analyze and develop recommendations on policies, processes, structures, and standards for complex organizational initiatives Ability to operate and maintain web‑based information management systems or databases, including Microsoft products and installation management tools such as iNFADS or PAX Ability to support real property accountability activities or inventory processes Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Real Estate, Planning, or Public Administration field and 10+ years of experience providing program or project management support, including tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience providing program or project management support, including tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics Nice If You Have:  Experience supporting Marine Corps, service‑level, or regional installation commands Knowledge of Force Design, Barracks 2030, or installation portfolio management strategies Ability to develop administrative materials, agendas, registration processes, or after‑action documentation for conferences and meetings TS/SCI clearance Master’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Planning, Public Administration, or a related field PMP or equivalent program management certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
