As a Senior Associate / Vice President, specific responsibilities of your role will include:     Role Description:

Developing and leading a coverage effort across selected Specialty Finance sub-sectors Execution of M&A transactions – responsible for business and valuation analysis, financial modelling, investor outreach and coordination of negotiations between parties Preparing new business presentations and information memorandums for clients Development, training, and mentoring of new associates and analysts

Outstanding academic qualifications: MBA or other relevant graduate degree desirable, but not required A minimum of 3-4 years of investment banking M&A experience Bulge bracket training program or Big 4 a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word SIE, Series 63, and 79 is required, or willingness to sit for the exams required
