Description 
 We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join Clinique Brand team to bring the Clinique global strategy to life across Australia and New Zealand. This role is focused on local go-to-market planning and execution, translating global launches into impactful retail campaigns, driving in-store experience, and partnering closely with sales, demand planning and retail teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes across all channels. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing omni-channel marketing strategies that align with our business goals across Department Stores, SMC and DTC channels. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure our brand message is consistent and effective, and ensure campaigns are executed with excellence. This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity.   Key Responsibilities; PRODUCT MARKETING: Own end-to-end forecasting and demand planning of new product launches including ranging, distribution & pricing strategy Lead ongoing assortment management, ensuring accuracy of data (ranging, pricing, discontinuations) and resolving excess, expiry, and out-of-stock risks Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain team to drive inventory health and sales performance, including monthly demand reviews, forecast adjustments and post-launch analysis Own and manage collateral, tester, GWP and sample forecasting, including annual budgeting and ongoing allocation based on channel needs Analyse retail sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimisation and portfolio expansion RETAIL MARKETING: Own the annual marketing and promotional calendars, ensuring alignment across all channels, teams and key commercial moments Drive co-op marketing, eventing and in-store activations in partnership with retailers, ensuring best-in-class execution and ROI accountability Act as primary marketing partner to retailers, managing relationships, responding to queries, and aligning on joint business priorities Partner closely with VM to ensure seamless in-store execution of launches and always-on campaigns (collateral, testers, launches) Collaborate with commercial and sales planning teams to ensure alignment between marketing plans, stock availability and sales targets Lead briefing and delivery of all retailer-facing assets and launch toolkits, ensuring consistency and premium execution across channels Monitor and evaluate promotion and launch performance, driving post-campaign analysis, learnings and optimisation of future activity Manage retailer investment and ensure marketing spend is optimised against ROI and commercial objectives Qualifications 
 Person Specification: Effective verbal and written communication skills. A self-starter who is solution-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. Proactive and positive approach to work and tasks. Confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel. Qualifications / Knowledge: At least 3-4 years of 360 consumer marketing experience. Prior experience working with retailers and across geographies is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
