Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices within the Accounts Payable process. Maintain vendor account records and manage open items to ensure data accuracy and transparency. Support general ledger accuracy related to Accounts Payable transactions. Contribute to the monthly closing activities for Accounts Payable. Manage vendor communications and inquiries via email and ticketing systems in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams and SAP subsidiaries to support efficient and compliant financial processes.
What you bring You speak fluent English, both written and spoken. Active knowledge of any other language is an advantage (German). While a background in finance, business or accounting is a plus, what matters most is your willingness to learn. You are confident using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and perform well in fast-moving, international setting and adapt easily to new challenges. You are detail-oriented, customer-focused and work well both independently and as part of a team. Most importantly, you are proactive, motivated, and ready to grow.
