Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following: Develop broad supply chain expertise by learning industry fundamentals (modes, capacity, pricing, service, and customer operations) through structured training, mentorship, and real-time problem solving. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers by understanding what matters to their business and helping solve real supply chain challenges that affect their daily operations. Own shipment execution end to end, from planning through delivery, using digital and AI enabled insights to anticipate risk, inform decisions, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers. Leverage data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and turn insights into improvements in service, cost, and reliability. Participate in customer business reviews, account planning discussions, and strategic growth conversations alongside experienced Account Managers. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive business results. Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams and rotate through key functional areas, building a strong internal network and a deep understanding of how decisions are made across the business. Required Qualifications
