Marketing Programs Coordinator

NinjaOne is looking for a Marketing Programs Coordinator to execute our EMEA direct mail and gifting program, a revenue-driving motion sales relies on to build pipeline and accelerate deals. In a digital-first world, a physical touchpoint can cut through the noise in a way an inbox never will. You'll coordinate this motion for both sales and marketing campaigns, owning the day-to-day execution of direct mail and gifting so it lands well for EMEA audiences and runs smoothly at scale. Location - Berlin, Germany What You'll Be Doing Execute EMEA direct mail and targeted gifting campaigns, from setup through delivery tracking Coordinate with sales on gifting requests, campaign timing, and account targeting to support pipeline generation Manage vendor and logistics coordination for gift selection, fulfillment, and delivery across EMEA markets Track campaign performance and engagement, flagging issues and reporting results to the Demand Generation team Other duties as needed About You 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or program support, ideally in B2B SaaS Experience with or strong interest in direct mail, gifting, or account-based marketing platforms (Reachdesk or similar) Highly organized, experience with tools like Asana for managing campaign workflows and timelines is preferred Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing in a fast-paced environment Proactive communicator who can flag issues early and keep campaigns on track About Us NinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for nearly 40,000 customers in 140+ countries.
