We are hiring a Partner PR Manager Latam to our Communications team in São Paulo!

This role will lead Partner Communications in Brazil, helping strengthen Wellhub’s position as a trusted growth partner for fitness and wellness providers. You will develop and execute communications strategies that engage our partner ecosystem, strengthen relationships, support business priorities, and demonstrate the value Wellhub creates for partners and the broader industry. You will work at the intersection of communications, business strategy, and reputation, partnering closely with Partnerships, Revenue, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Legal, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams. From strategic announcements and thought leadership to sensitive partner issues and industry positioning, you will help shape how Wellhub communicates with and about one of the most important communities in our ecosystem. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires exceptional writing, strong business acumen, stakeholder and project management skills, and the ability to turn complex business topics into clear and compelling narratives.

• Lead Partner Communications strategy in Brazil, developing messaging frameworks, value propositions, and narratives that support partner growth priorities and strengthen Wellhub’s positioning across the fitness and wellness ecosystem.

• Drive strategic partner storytelling and announcements, including partnerships, product launches, campaigns, brand activations, milestones, case studies, newsletters, executive communications, and other partner-facing content, collaborating directly with partners to identify compelling stories and opportunities.

• Establish thought leadership and industry positioning programs, developing executive content, monitoring industry and competitive trends, and identifying opportunities across earned media, speaking engagements, events, panels, and other channels to position Wellhub as a leader in the wellness and fitness industry.

• Own communications strategy for partner reputation and sensitive issues, partnering closely with Partnerships, Revenue, Legal, Product, and Customer Experience to anticipate risks and develop messaging, FAQs, stakeholder communications, executive guidance, and communications plans for complex partner-related business decisions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to lead complex communications initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement, providing communications counsel and recommendations while managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
