**Description**

As an intern with Textron, you’ll gain hands\-on experience while exploring your interests and building new skills\. You’ll be supported and challenged to contribute in meaningful ways – working on real projects alongside experienced professionals to prepare for future success\.

+ Shadow Territory Sales Managers in the field and assist with visiting existing dealers and establishing new customer relationships\.

+ Gain knowledge in the following areas: selling skills, channel development, leadership skills, and managing customers\.

+ Conduct market research on product offerings and new product technology\.

+ Offer recommendations on process improvements within the sales organization to increase efficiencies and sales\.

+ Complete projects as needed demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills\.

+ Build internal network within sales and business functions\.

+ Education: Pursuing Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or another related field

+ Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office
