Manages the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Lockheed Martin Space in Courtland, AL is seeking an experienced full-time Systems Integration & Test Engineer Associate Manager for the Production Operations organization. This position will support a new IRAD program as the Production Test Manager. Basic Qualifications 
 BS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college Experience in Space Vehicle/Missile Integration and Test including Electrical, Mechanical, Ordnance, and Environmental. Expereince Leading a Team though Testing Experience in Test Plan development and spacecraft/missile operations and test. Must have an Active Secret security clearance Desired Skills 
 Experience in System Level Testing. Experience in a Production Environment Experience with JIRA/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Microsoft Suite 365. Possess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to understand a complex issue and recommend/take corrective action. Experience in communicating and briefing program management. Test Engineer and/or Certified Test Conductor Willing to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
