As an Engineering Manager within the Customer and Accounts domain , you will lead the technical evolution of the systems that manage the core identity, financial profiles, and transactional lifecycles of millions of global customers. This is a highly technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in SpringBoot & Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , distributed backend architectures, and high-concurrency financial systems. You will lead a global team of software engineers to build resilient, secure, and scalable microservices that serve as the backbone of Ford Credit’s digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery, from low-level system design to global cloud deployment strategies.
