Department Manager - IT Solutions Delivery, Maximo

The Department Manager for Maximo, within the Work Management Solutions Delivery group, leads and directs the team responsible for the strategy, delivery, enhancement, integration, and ongoing evolution of Con Edisons Maximo platform and related work management solutions. The position provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise asset management and work management capabilities, ensuring alignment with business priorities, Enterprise Technology & Security (ETS) architecture, cybersecurity, data management, and company policies. This role oversees requirements, solution design, configuration, development, testing, implementation, release management, and transition to ongoing support. The team also leads the application run function for the Maximo platform. The role works closely with Work Management business partners, field operations, asset management stakeholders, ETS leadership, architects, technology teams, vendors, and the Application Managed Services team to establish application roadmaps, manage delivery commitments, resolve significant issues, and ensure Maximo provides optimal business value throughout its lifecycle. The position also builds and develops a high-performing team while managing resources, budgets, priorities, risks, and vendor relationships. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
