India - Mumbai / Bangalore Role Overview As an FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Finance Director and leading a team of FP&A Analysts. Finance Planning and Analysis is an integral part of Kantar’s Finance team leading on the delivery on global, divisional, and regional Finance agenda. You will own and manage the company’s financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes — ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment across markets, clusters, and global finance. Success in the role is predicated on utilising technology enabled tools such as Copilot and BI to enhance financial analysis and decision-making processes.
Role
Description Lead the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting processes Own the preparation of financial reporting and performance packs Consolidate inputs from business units and FBPs into structured forecasts Perform variance, trend, and scenario analysis to support decision- making Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data and outputs Drive standardisation and alignment across regional and global finance teams Maintain planning systems, financial models, and reporting tools Plan and implement people development requirements to support team and Finance goals. Ensure technical competence is maintained. Maintain relationships with customer/stakeholder groups, ensuring responsiveness to their needs. Develop professional working relationships with colleagues across KBS and Finance Business Partners. Collaborate with other process teams within KBS to provide support to business colleagues.

Requirements & Capabilities Qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience (ACA, ICWAI, MBA (Fin), CA Inter, MCom) Deep analytical capability with strong attention to detail Ability to synthesise complex data across functions and geographies Structured communicator with experience presenting to senior finance leaders Disciplined in planning cycles, governance, and deadlines Strong understanding of financial controls and data integrity Advanced Excel, modelling, and system skills Proactive in a fast-paced dynamic environment Why join Kantar?
