HR Generalist

This position will drive programs that support the HR strategies and Company/Group initiatives within the Global Packaging Division.  More specifically, the HR Generalist will support the HR Director with projects and time-sensitive tasks in relation to: HR Administration, Recruitment & Onboarding, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Talent Management. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary HR resource for employees and leaders below the executive level in North America.
