Expression of Interest - Telecommunications Designer

What you’ll do The role responsibilities include: · Review telecom layouts, block diagrams, fibre routing, cable schedules, equipment arrangement drawings, and installation details. · Check drawing consistency with telecom architecture, protection/SCADA interfaces, and substation layout requirements. · Support drawing mark-ups, comment sheets, and design review trackers. · Coordinate with telecom engineer, electrical, I&C, transmission line, and civil/structural teams. What you’ll have · Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Drafting, or related discipline. · Minimum 8 years of relevant telecom drafting/design experience for utility, transmission, substation, or industrial projects. · Experience with fibre optic and OPGW-related drawings is preferred. · Proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation. · Ability to review drawings for consistency and interface completeness.
