Function Job Description The Order to Cash (OTC) function spans four pillars: Bill to Cash, Business Solutions, Customer Service, and Customer Supply Chain, all working together to convert customer orders into cash and fuel growth. As an OTC intern, you'll gain firsthand exposure to the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) through hands-on assignments in one of these areas: Bill to Cash: Build analytical skills around payment behavior, dispute management, collections, and trade promotion compliance across a multi-billion-dollar receivables portfolio. Business Solutions: Support the systems and analytics powering OTC, including order management platforms, business intelligence tools, automation projects, and audit readiness. Customer Service: Participate in the Order to Bill cycle, supporting Must Win accounts (Walmart, Kroger, Target) and growth channels (convenience, foodservice, e-commerce) while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve customer issues. Customer Supply Chain: Learn how Mondelēz partners with retailers to improve on-shelf availability, optimize delivery strategies, and translate customer feedback into service and sustainability improvements. Across all assignments, you'll see how order accuracy, proof of delivery, cash application, and cross-functional collaboration connect end-to-end to drive "Best in Class" customer service at the lowest landed cost. Requirements and Preferred Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in: Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations , Business Administration . Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 202 7 and May 202 9 . Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status .
