Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Contract Administration & Cost Control Specialist with proven expertise in the Colombian renewable energy sector. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Track project schedules and milestones while managing key contract administration tasks: payment reviews, variations, claims analysis, schedule impact evaluations, and reporting. Coordinate directly with site project managers and field engineers to capture real-time scope changes and early warning delay notices Issue formal contractual notices, breach alerts, and instruction letters in compliance with contract conditions Oversee financial retention funds, performance security bonds, advance payment guarantees, and insurance policy expirations Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification with 7+ years of hands-on experience in project controls, schedule planning, or contract administration within the energy or infrastructure sectors. Demonstrated track record across the full EPC lifecycle, including progress monitoring, payment certification, change order processing, commercial claims, and schedule analysis. Prior experience in renewable projects or power generation is highly desirable.
