Senior Software Engineer, Google Cloud

Lead the design and implementation of complex features such as domain-specific conversational AI agents for essential public sector domains such as Agriculture and Education.. Advocate high standards for code quality and system reliability through rigorous design reviews and CI/CD pipelines, on-call health etc. Refine open-ended technical problems into tractable projects, generating innovative solutions for scaling and reliability. Work as an AI-first SWE demonstrating strong AI-SDLC practices in all aspects such as product requirement articulation, design, implementation, coding and code reviews. Demonstrate humility, hunger and smartness. Be the Ideal team player.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience programming in Go or Python. 3 years of experience in software development, and designing, implementing distributed systems or cloud-native infrastructure, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in AI/ML and software development. Experience with Distributed Systems, Generative AI, Generative AI Agent, Cloud, Full-Stack Development.
