The Operations Management Trainee is enrolled in a comprehensive training program focused on experiencing and learning the various areas of UPS Operations (e.g., Preload, Reload, Hub, driving roles, etc.). He/She receives training and gains proficiency while assisting supervisors and managers in the various operational settings. This position is assigned a project/assignment following the completion of the training program. Required degree/experience : Graduate from a recognized University Degree Level Program Work Expereince not mandatory Must be proficient in English Willingness to accept an 18- month contract employee which can be extended upto maximum 24 months for external Candidate.
