Support of legacy Microsoft Operating Systems as appropriate • Software Updates Support • Microsoft Office Support, including ancillary Microsoft applications, i.e. Visio, Project, Publisher • Support of Citrix client • Support and troubleshooting of Group Policy related issues • Support and troubleshooting of account lockout and password reset related issues • Support of third party applications commonly seen in corporate environments i.e. Adobe • Best effort support of internal applications • Logging and categorization of calls, documentation of solutions, updating knowledgebase • Look to provide automation of resolutions to common problems through System Center Configuration Manager where appropriate. • SCCM Client-MUST HAVE • App-V Client-MUST HAVE • Task Sequence skills • Citrix XenApp, Provisioning Server, XenDesktop skills.
