Position
Overview: RTX is seeking a IAM System Admin to join the Classified Digital Services (CDS) Identity and Access Management (IdAM) team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support for both technical and operational aspects of MFA systems. Key responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of a new MFA software solution, coordinating token distribution, and delivering ongoing support and maintenance to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
What You Will Do
Implement and manage Multifactor Authentication (MFA) solutions, ensuring the security and protection of sensitive organizational data. Administer and maintain MFA platforms across Linux and Windows operating systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability. Configure and manage MFA user accounts, troubleshoot authentication issues, and deliver timely resolutions to enhance user satisfaction. Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain platform stability. Regularly monitor system logs and address MFA authentication-related issues promptly and maintain high availability. Develop and maintain technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reporting and training materials for both end-users and administrators. Manage MFA software license, token utilization, and inventory. Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple sites and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
You Must Have: Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field. Experience in Identity and Access Management practices and ITIL methodologies. Experience with Multifactor Authentication. Experience with Windows 11, RHEL 9/10, and Windows Server systems for agent issues. Experience in networking and networking concepts along with basic network troubleshooting tools, like ping, tracert, etc. Experience with Active Directory concepts along with basic AD tools, like ADUC, DNS, sites and services, etc. Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Security + Certification or equivalent.
Qualifications
We Prefer: Proficiency with Agile tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence to support project management and team collaboration.
