Accounting Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Accounting team in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, overseeing month-end closing activities, reviewing journal entries and reconciliations, coordinating audit activities, preparing accounting and regulatory reports, and driving process improvements. The role also requires strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and effective collaboration across departments to ensure compliance and the integrity of financial information.   Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
