About the Role: We are seeking an HR Generalist for our Forest Park, GA, facility, a leading manufacturer of quality refrigerated dough. This role will work closely with employees and management to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Maintains a high level of visibility, accessibility, and interaction with all employees on all shifts. Performs full-cycle hourly recruiting, including drafting job postings, coordinating job fairs, conducting interviews and background checks, generating offer letters, and assisting employee orientation. Coordinates the introductory review process, measuring the compliance and effectiveness of the program. Utilize our HRIS, Workday, for data entry and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity. Assists in weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll administration for temporary, and hourly staff. Tracks employee attendance, headcount, and recruitment activity, publishing the data on a weekly basis. Monitors and audits the timekeeping system to ensure accuracy of schedules as well as Time off Requests. Coordinates employee events and recognition activities. Listens to and addresses employee concerns, using excellent judgment in escalating issues and partnering with site HR to identify resolutions.
