This role sits at the heart of our operations, where you'll oversee everything from HVAC and electrical systems to fire safety and access control, coordinating technical teams and service providers to deliver reliable, efficient facility performance. You'll be the primary point of contact for facilities-related escalations, managing vendor relationships, monitoring compliance with all applicable regulations, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, giving you the platform to grow while making a tangible impact on the spaces where people work every day.   An overview of the role: Manage building operations across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life-safety, access control, and security systems, monitoring building management systems (BMS) and coordinating with technical teams to maintain safe and efficient performance Oversee relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers, coordinating planned and reactive maintenance while verifying quality, completion, and compliance with site requirements and safety procedures Monitor vendor performance against service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets, addressing performance issues promptly and ensuring contractual standards are consistently met Maintain compliance with Commonwealth and Western Australian legislation, regulations, codes, and standards, coordinating audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident reporting to uphold work health and safety obligations Provide responsive, professional support for client and occupant enquiries, service requests, and operational issues, building positive stakeholder relationships that promote satisfaction and service continuity Coordinate workplace alterations, minor works, space modifications, and move-in or move-out activities in consultation with relevant stakeholders, communicating service impacts clearly and effectively Maintain accurate facilities records including maintenance histories, statutory documentation, compliance certificates, contractor records, permits, and service contracts to ensure full auditability Monitor operational budgets, purchase
