About this role
COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.
OVERVIEW As an Analyst – Materials Management, you will help ensure the timely availability of raw materials across a network supporting more than 30 plants and business teams in the United States. You will analyze supply risks, maintain planning parameters, and partner with sourcing, supply planning, brand planning, suppliers, and operating teams to improve material availability, inventory, and service. This individual contributor role offers cross-functional exposure to supply chain decisions, transitions, and new product launches. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Analyze replenishment performance, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with sourcing, supply planning, brand planning, suppliers, and operating teams to set order targets and resolve material issues. • Ensure raw materials are available on time; identify production risks and communicate mitigation plans. • Manage inbound and outbound warehouse planning, material aging, inventory levels, safety stocks, and write-off risks. • Maintain and validate raw-material planning parameters in SAP and complete monthly material health checks. • Support packaging and vendor transitions, new product launches, bill-of-materials setup, and project changes. • Prepare operational metrics and decision support for supplier and stakeholder reviews. • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment activities and contribute to continuous improvement.
