Impact You'll Have
• Enhance workplace services and employee experience through continuous improvement initiatives and feedback-driven actions.
• Optimize workplace operations, contracts, and facilities while balancing quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support successful delivery of workplace projects, including office refurbishments and space optimization initiatives.
• Strengthen employee engagement through wellbeing programs, sustainability initiatives, and workplace events.
• Drive compliance and operational excellence through effective contract, budget, and asset management.
What You'll Do
• Coordinate workplace services and office operations.
• Support vendor management, contract renewals, and service performance reviews.
• Analyze employee feedback and implement improvement actions.
• Manage workplace systems, occupancy tracking, and space utilization updates.
• Support wellbeing, sustainability, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to office refurbishment and workplace improvement projects.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices, assets, and compliance processes.
Skills & Capabilities
Must-Have
• 4-5 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facility Management, Project Management, or related fields.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Planning, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
• Experience working with vendors, contracts, or service providers.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong digital skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supporting budgets, operational reporting, or administrative processes.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
Nice-to-Have
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in multinational organizations.
• Experience supporting workplace refurbishment, facilities, or real estate projects.
