The organization brings together planning, landing, execution excellence, services portfolio and delivery, and field activation across ATU, STU, and CSU to accelerate customer value, drive growth, and strengthen the end-to-end experience across every customer moment. Our charter is to bring the CAIP Frontier Conversations to life as Cloud & AI platform revenue, per the FY27 GTM strategy, showing up across our key Azure products. We operate on one contract: proven → packaged → repeated, nothing skips a step. Five seats cover the conversation end to end — scenario, scale, IP, industry and insight — so a win proven once repeats everywhere. As a SME&C CAIP Enablement Lead, you will work within our worldwide CAIP Commercial solution area, collaborating with internal organizations, to develop C & AI sales and technical skilling plans to drive technical wins and business success. You will identify skilling needs and develop listening mechanisms to provide insights. You will also develop a seller community, which will serve to nurture sellers and provide a platform for them to share experiences and proven practices. Responsibilities • Develops and executes high-quality Azure Sales and Technical skilling projects/programs across organizational boundaries, including live (in-person, virtual) and on-demand. • Practices seller-centric approach in scoping learning outcomes for skilling projects. • Identifies, evaluates, and proposes new readiness/enablement projects based on unmet needs. • Implements and executes tactically on a strategic end-to-end learner journey and collection of learning experiences and programs that correlate to key business impact metrics such as seller productivity, revenue, and consumption. • Collaborates with CAIP Sales and Technical Enablement team to develop holisticCloud and AI readiness plans for Field, Partner, and Customer. • Collaborates with MCAPS academy (WWL) team to leverage existing events and readiness engines. • Drives the content improvement process through collecting, examining, and incorporating 360-degree feedback and data to make content and delivery adjustments Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience 3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance Sales Strategy
