Setting our people up for success is a priority, and we are currently recruiting Strategy Analysts whose skills and interests align with the below description: Strategy Analyst This Analyst is responsible for developing and executing organization-wide strategies that empower business units to thrive in their respective markets. Your role encompasses shaping organic growth agendas, influencing market dynamics, and architecting enterprise transformation through both strategic initiatives and innovative thinking. With a passion for solving complex challenges and a talent for strategic, creative, and analytical thinking, this Analyst plays a pivotal role in helping organizations achieve their most ambitious goals and adapt to a rapidly changing business landscape. Required: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, STEM, or an equivalent program Strong academic track record (3.2 cumulative GPA required) You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and
