Analytic Facilitator The Opportunity :   Do you want to develop training that will transform intelligence analysis? As an Analytic Facilitator, you know that even the best tools and processes can’t have an impact without the right education. Constructing an interactive course that teaches critical information and tradecraft requires a real passion for understanding the needs of your customer. We have an opportunity for an Analytic Facilitator who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in national security by crafting effective training.   On our team, you’ll work with SMEs to capture your customer’s training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission. Putting the learner at the center of the training experience, you’ll   prepare training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.   You’ll use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience on screen or in a classroom. You’ll recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment. You know communication is key, so you’ll meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback, and r eview emerging policy and doctrine publications,  provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products . You'll p rovide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational  goals, and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system such as AGILE or Training  Development Capability (TDC).  You’ll be able to hone your leadership skills as you share your expertise through leadership and mentoring. As a leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to build solutions to your customer’s learning needs. The world can't wait.   You Have:  Experience working with  building and executing curriculum in different formats such as Blackboard and video   Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts   Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam   Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities, or 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree   Nice If You Have:  Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)   Knowledge of   d efense industries, weapons production processes, and foreign weapon systems and equipment Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
