Where is the work: Virtual     What you will do: Independently deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in alignment with technical standards and business requirements. Own features end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and functionally accurate code that addresses edge cases effectively. Design modular, reusable, and efficient components while reducing duplication and avoiding inefficient technical patterns. Make sound architectural and technical decisions that support scalability, security, and maintainability. Develop and maintain solutions using JavaScript, React, ServiceNow, and Nuvolo technologies. Build and optimize frontend solutions, including React components, custom hooks, state management, and performance improvements. Develop and maintain ServiceNow server-side and client-side components, including integrations and platform configurations. Design scalable data models, secure APIs, and high-volume solutions with strong attention to performance and efficiency. Support REST and SOAP integrations across systems and platforms. Apply performance optimization techniques, including batching, caching, reduced database calls, and bottleneck resolution. Lead code reviews and technical discussions, ensuring code quality, security, performance, and maintainability. Mentor junior and mid-level developers, support onboarding, and contribute to team capability building. Document technical designs, complex logic, and key decisions, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team. Participate in architecture reviews, communicate trade-offs clearly, and escalate risks or blockers with recommended solutions. Manage assigned work independently, meet project commitments, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate cross-team dependencies. Identify and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and development practices. Remain current with relevant technologies and platform updates and actively apply feedback to support continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Fluency in English at C1 or C2 level. Strong expertise in JavaScript, including closures, async/await, promises, the event loop, reference versus primitive types, ES6+ features, and error handling best practices. Strong proficiency in React, including component lifecycle, built-in hooks, custom hooks, performance optimization, and state management patterns. Solid experience with the ServiceNow platform, including both server-side and client-side development. Hands-on experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Events, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Service Portal widgets, and UI Builder components. Strong understanding of GlideRecord optimization, GlideAggregate usage, and efficient query design. Experience supporting REST and SOAP API integrations. Knowledge of scalable data modeling, ACL implementation, API security, and application security best practices. Experience with Nuvolo technologies, including the NUUX component library, theming, Webpack, and Nuvolo data models and integrations. Strong understanding of
