Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst (TikTok and TNS)

Team Introduction: As a Finance Business Partner at TikTok and a key member of the Global Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving TikTok’s continued growth and success. Based in our Singapore office, you will support the TikTok team while aligning with global finance strategies, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to regional needs. Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and process optimization. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with other Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams worldwide, contributing to informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.

TikTok is looking for a Finance Business Partner with over 5 years of relevant work experience to support business operations across Asian countries. This individual contributor role requires working onsite five days a week and is a key position within the global Finance Business Partner team, offering great opportunities for professional growth and learning in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Monthly and quarterly financial reviews: Assist with monthly and quarterly reviews by analyzing financial variances in conjunction with business indicators, identifying the key drivers behind differences between budget and actuals, and regularly preparing and consolidating monthly and quarterly reports. - Cost efficiency analysis: Conduct in-depth cost efficiency analyses for major cost items, such as labor and staff-related costs. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and provide valuable, actionable financial insights to support business decisions. - Budget and forecast process optimization: Optimize financial models for specific cost areas, collaborate with relevant teams, and continuously improve the accuracy, efficiency, and automation of budgeting and forecasting processes. - Financial performance tracking and analysis: Track and analyze the financial performance of business operations accurately and in a timely manner, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business growth and improvement. - Financial analysis and business insights: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to derive actionable insights and provide business leaders with recommendations and opportunities for optimization. - Process and system optimization: Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and strengthen business risk controls. - Other ad hoc projects: Support other ad hoc projects and business needs as required.
