TikTok Shop - Fulfillment Network Strategy & Optimization Manager

TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies.

This role is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end fulfillment network across fulfillment centers, middle mile, last mile, and carrier operations. The role will own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of SRE logic, carrier performance strategy, FC wave planning, backlog control, and middle-mile backbone network development.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business judgment, analytical depth, operational understanding, and cross-functional leadership to bridge the gap between network models, system logic, and real-world execution constraints.

Responsibilities - Own the strategy and continuous improvement of the end-to-end fulfillment network across fulfillment centers, middle mile, last mile, and carrier operations. - Optimize fulfillment decisioning and execution logic, including order allocation, routing, carrier selection, prioritization, wave planning, and backlog management. - Develop and execute middle-mile and last-mile network strategies, including lane design, node connectivity, capacity planning, carrier performance, service coverage, and cost optimization. - Build analytical models, simulation tools, dashboards, and performance mechanisms to identify bottlenecks, evaluate trade-offs, and improve fulfillment speed, cost, capacity, and reliability. - Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, Carrier Management, Planning, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business needs and operational constraints into scalable solutions. - Lead strategic initiatives from diagnosis through implementation, drive stakeholder alignment, and communicate recommendations and measurable business impact to senior leadership.
