Omnicom Media is looking for an accomplished Executive Director, Addressable Investment Lead, EMEA Hub to lead the evolution of our shared service model across EMEA. This is a high-impact leadership role at the centre of our transformation agenda, responsible for building and operating a best-in-class hub that delivers addressable activation across multiple markets and international clients. You will drive operational excellence, standardisation, quality assurance, workflow innovation, and scalable delivery while helping shape the future of addressable media investment. Working closely with regional and market leaders, you will create an environment where teams can deliver consistently high-quality outcomes, leverage automation and technology, and unlock greater efficiency across our EMEA ecosystem.

Lead the EMEA Hub service model for addressable media activation across multiple markets. Develop scalable workflows, processes, service standards, and operating frameworks. Drive excellence across campaign delivery, QA, governance, reporting, and operational performance. Partner with market and regional leaders to determine the most effective delivery model across hub, local, and offshore teams. Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation to improve efficiency and scalability. Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide visibility and insights that help shape future operating models, service enhancements, and growth opportunities. Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and delivery teams across the region.

Significant leadership experience within digital media, addressable investment, activation, or programmatic environments. Proven success leading shared services, operational teams, or multi-market delivery functions. Deep understanding of ad tech, platform operations, governance, and addressable media ecosystems. Experience creating and implementing scalable operating models and quality frameworks. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance operational excellence with business outcomes. Demonstrated experience leading transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives. Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
