Customer Service Rep - On-Call (Caesars New Orleans)

Customer Services Representatives supports all customer service initiatives by participating in the day-to-day operations of the Casino ensuring the guests feel welcomed, valued, and well-informed of products and services.  This is done through consistent and proactive exceptional Guest Experience, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and compliance with established policies and procedures. The Customer Services Representative ensures that feedback from customers is relayed to all departments on a regular basis. The Customer Services Representative will be responsible for creating a fun and welcoming environment while celebrating guests, internal and external.  Must be able to work weekends and holidays (including: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at nights.)
