About this role
Overview
Join Microsoft Canada's AI Business Process (AIBP) Specialist team and help reinvent how the public sector serves Canadians. As a Business Applications Specialist covering Western Canada's provincial governments and public health accounts, you'll drive end-to-end business transformation — bringing CRM, ERP and low-code solutions to the leaders modernizing citizen services. You'll work side by side with the Account Team and Customer Success team across the full sales cycle, from territory and account planning through competitive procurement to close, building trusted relationships with deputy ministers, CxOs and program leaders while orchestrating across partners and systems integrators to deliver the One Microsoft narrative. This is a high-impact role with real autonomy and executive visibility, supported by a dedicated specialist community and by teammates who want you to win. If you're energized by complex, high-value transformation work — and by seeing your results show up in the services people rely on every day — this is where that work happens.
