Solve complex component/system level problems using standard problem-solving techniques for inverter power electronics & associated software interface

Data driven proactive problem solving, root cause analysis & issue avoidance due to process deviations or critical part quality issues

Establish technical depth to troubleshoot all Inverter Power Electronics components and associated interface EOL test equipment/test specifications

Responsible for design intent assembly requirements for Inverter Power Electronics assembly & associated enforcement on the line in close collaboration with cross-functional teams

Support new product launches, execute part concession deviations for Inverter Power Electronics & associated test specification in the manufacturing plant

Support high volume production ramp activities pertaining to product engineering activities
