Engine Workshop/Field Service Technician - Apprentice (MRC)

We are looking for a talented Engine Workshop/ Field Service Technician - Apprentice to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business Segment in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Support Workshop Operations: By assisting with general workshop activities, you’ll help ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Maintain Cleanliness and Order: Your efforts in cleaning, inspecting, and disassembling will contribute to a safe and organized work environment.

Master Repair Techniques: Learning Standard Repair Times (SRTs) and following procedures will enable you to perform basic repairs and maintenance effectively.

Accurate Documentation: Assisting with documentation, such as work completed forms and time sheets, will ensure accurate record-keeping and data management.

Skill Development: Completing training aligned with skill and business requirements will enhance your capabilities and value to the team.

Tool and Equipment Care: Maintaining cleanliness and proper operation of tools will prolong their lifespan and ensure they are always ready for use.

Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures will help maintain a safe workplace and prevent incidents.

Proactive Reporting: Reporting any issues or incidents to your supervisor will contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving within the workshop.
