The Global Efficiency Operations (GEO) team is a strategic function within OpenText responsible for driving end-to-end revenue process excellence across the company's worldwide Deal Desk and Sales Operations. Operating across all regions — Americas, EMEA, and APJ — GEO leads a portfolio of transformation programs including deal process standardization, AI-enabled workflow automation, CPQ modernization, advanced analytics, and financial modelling tooling.

GEO works at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology — partnering with regional deal desk managers, sales leadership, finance, and IT to simplify and accelerate the way OpenText does business.

This is a high-impact senior individual contributor role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through a combination of financial analysis, data, automation, AI, and process transformation.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to simplify processes, improve decision-making, and deliver scalable solutions across a global organization.

• Develop sophisticated financial models and deal-level analysis supporting pricing, margins, profitability, SSP, and revenue
