They are responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation to ensure goals are met and managing any changes to project scope, ensuring that adjustments do not negatively impact deadlines. Upon project completion, the Project Manager conducts a post-project review to identify opportunities for improvement. Essential Functions Focuses on projects involving Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure Manages the full lifecycle of projects from initiation through delivery, including scope, schedule, risk, budget, and stakeholder communication. Leads project planning efforts, sets timelines, and coordinates cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful outcomes. Drives collaboration across internal teams and external partners to define success metrics, deliverables, and implementation plans. Facilitates meetings, leads discussions, and provides project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders. Identifies and mitigates project risks, resolves issues, and removes roadblocks to maintain momentum. Maintains project documentation, dashboards, and reports using project portfolio management (PPM) tools. Supports vendor management and contract alignment in accordance with project needs. Promotes consistency by applying PMO standards, templates, and methodologies. Performs other duties as assigned. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Complies with all policies and standards. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, IT, Business, Finance or related field required 3 - 5 years project management experience required Experience managing vendor relationships and driving accountability across internal and external teams required Preferences: Prior experience working on Cyber Security projects highly preferred Healthcare project management experience preferred Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI or obtained within two (2) years of employment preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient with project management software tools such as smart sheets Problem solving necessary when projects are not going as planned Working knowledge of Google Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interpersonal skills, building relationships with team members clients and stakeholders to foster trust This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
