What You’ll Be Doing: · Working with product management, R&D, and sales to influence product roadmaps and bring customer insight into future offerings. · Partnering with customers to understand technical requirements, propose tailored solutions, and guide teams through proof of concept, deployment, and optimization. · Leading workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions that position Synopsys as a trusted advisor and technology thought leader. · Mentoring solution architects and application engineers while fostering continuous learning and innovation. The Impact You Will Have: · Accelerate adoption of Synopsys technologies and strengthen long-term customer partnerships. · Shape product strategy through market insight, customer feedback, and technical leadership. · Help customers improve performance, quality, and time to market in advanced semiconductor and system designs. · Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. What You’ll Need: · Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. · 15-20 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, system architecture, or senior technical leadership. · Recognized expertise in EDA tools, semiconductor design flows, IP integration, and high-performance systems. · Experience architecting and leading strategic customer solutions at scale. · Executive-level communication, presentation, and influencing skills. · Proven leadership in global, cross-functional environments, with industry publications or conference presence preferred. You’ll Be A Part Of: You will be part of the Systems and Software team within Synopsys’ Go-To-Market organization, working closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Technical Success. The team delivers strategic solutions for global customers, supports adoption of advanced technologies, and brings market insight back into product innovation.
