Deliver or support transportation safety training, including defensive driving, hazard recognition, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, yard safety, equipment safety, ELD compliance, and company transportation safety protocols. Verify that transportation team members follow company procedures for yard operations, DVIR completion, accident reporting, inspection follow-up, and corrective action closure. Support center transportation leaders through direct coaching and train-the-trainer support to build consistent transportation safety competency across the region. Prepare clear reports, scorecards, and trend summaries for center, regional, and senior leadership to support visibility, follow-up, risk prioritization, and center accountability.
