Department Overview Support the MSI products regulatory certification across difference regions such as North Ameria, Latin Ameria, EMEA & APAC.

Provide consultation on Regulatory  certification to SMEs, DE, PM, PDM, Prod Ops,  Regulatory Coordinator and Regulatory Admin Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to implement Regulatory related decision. Stay abreast on the latest requirement from authority and assess the potential impact (with SMEs) to the product. To interpret and understand the regulatory requirement and communicate to the organization (PDM, PM and DE) Review the filing document/package to ensure it meet the country’s requirement . Liaise with In Country authority and third party to get certification; submit package, respond to the inquiry, followup to ensure meet the requirement.  Proactively identify the risk and the mitigation plan. Resolve market surveillance issue.  Working with government affairs and industrial association on conflicting regulatory matters (lobbying). Participate in the Regulatory  workshop Basic Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Strong basic electronics knowledge Knowledge of regulatory standards for  EMC, RF and Product Safety isa plus.   Perform product testing and generating test report  Work with design engineering on test planning and test failure debugging.
