CCB Head of Real Estate Planning and Location Strategy – Managing Director

Real Estate Planning and Location Strategy is a strategic advisory and program management function within CCB Finance providing leadership, business and constituents with principled and forward-thinking perspectives and execution of location strategies to address CCB’s complex real estate decisions. CCB invests roughly $500mm in its Corporate Offices, accounting for ~11mm rentable square feet supporting ~80K employees. The team advices, guides and directs with a unified and cohesive goal of optimizing the Consumer & Community Banking’s real estate assets, location strategy and operating model; while ensuring the people of CCB, our most important asset, are at the center of all decisions.
