Join Paramount and help shape the future of global finance About the Role Paramount is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team in Budapest on a temporary basis. In this role, you will support revenue cycle activities across CBS Television Distribution and Paramount Pictures International Limited , with a focus on customer collections, cash forecasting, reporting, and issue resolution. You will work closely with the Director, Revenue Cycle and international stakeholders across Los Angeles, Budapest, and Amsterdam , contributing to a dynamic, collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating across teams. Role Responsibilities
Manage customer collections for assigned accounts, including daily communication with customers via email Research customer queries and coordinate timely resolution with the appropriate internal teams Upload invoices into client-specific systems Maintain accurate comments and updates in reporting spreadsheets for assigned customers Prepare monthly cash forecasts for assigned accounts Assist with the preparation and maintenance of weekly and monthly Revenue Cycle reporting files Participate in weekly cash calls with colleagues based in Los Angeles, Budapest, and Amsterdam Support month-end closing activities Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports, and other information as requested by the supervisor and senior management Work closely with the Director, Revenue Cycle on CBS-related activities and priorities Attend and actively participate in relevant meetings with internal stakeholders Support additional Revenue Cycle activities and responsibilities as required
Qualifications / Requirements
College or university degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related finance function is preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to research issues and analyze complex data Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams and across different time zones Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Previous SAP experience is an advantage Previous experience in the Entertainment and Media industry is an advantage Proactive, dependable, and accountable approach to work Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
