What you’ll do: "The Regional Business Development Manager leads the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, commercial alliances, and other inorganic growth initiatives across APAC. The role develops and executes partnership strategies that accelerate market expansion, strengthen competitive positioning, unlock new revenue streams, and support the Mobility Group's long-term business objectives. Partnership Strategy Development • Develop and execute regional inorganic growth and partnership strategies aligned with Mobility Group objectives. • Partner closely with the Global Product Portfolio Strategy Manager to identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging partnership opportunities. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic partners across the mobility ecosystem, including: o OEMs o Automotive Tiers o Aftermarket businesses o Data center players o Charging operators o Energy providers o Technology companies 2.

Sourcing and Evaluation • Identify, screen, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities. • Lead commercial, strategic, operational, and financial assessments of potential partners. • Develop business cases, market analyses, and financial models to support investment and partnership decisions. • Evaluate strategic fit, revenue potential, risks, and implementation feasibility. 3. Deal Structuring and Negotiation • Lead end-to-end partnership discussions and commercial negotiations. • Structure mutually beneficial agreements, joint business plans, and collaboration frameworks. • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Product, Operations, and Compliance throughout the negotiation and approval process. • Drive contract execution and establish effective governance mechanisms." Cross-Functional Project Leadership • Lead strategic partnership initiatives from concept through implementation. • Align internal stakeholders and external partners on objectives, roles, and execution plans. • Manage milestones, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables. • Resolve execution challenges and lead post-deal implementation and integration activities. 5. Executive Stakeholder Management • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at partner organizations. • Present strategic recommendations and partnership proposals to regional and global leadership. • Prepare executive-level materials, including investment cases, board presentations, deal summaries, and progress updates. 6. Partnership Performance Management • Establish partnership performance indicators and governance frameworks. • Monitor commercial performance, strategic outcomes, and delivery against agreed objectives. • Identify opportunities to expand or deepen existing partnerships. • Lead periodic business reviews with key strategic partners." Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
