Agency: Momentum Job Function: Account Management and Growth Job Subfunction: Account Management Job Description: WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our Ticketing and Communications team within the Entertainment Access division for a high-profile client. This role will support the project management and execution of client entertainment initiatives across Arts & Theater, Music, Sports and Premium events. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES) - Assist in the coordination and execution of ticketing and servicing projects across various entertainment verticals. - Collaborate with broader entertainment teams on ticketing-related tasks, including ticket tracking (counts and gross revenue), researching ticketing platforms, gathering ticketing links, and ensuring accurate branding and purchase paths. - Provide on-site event support by managing guest lists and assisting with ticketing platform programming as needed to ensure seamless guest experience. - Schedule and document meetings related to ticketing and servicing initiatives. - Liaise with venue partners to set up ticket offers and audit ticketing platforms to ensure accuracy and optimal performance. - Support the client concierge program by managing ticket requests, tracking payments, and preparing clients for presales and events through weekly updates. - Translate venue seating maps into Excel-based tracking documents. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization. - Work with the Analytics team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reporting. - Assist in maintaining compliance by proofreading the Entertainment Newsletter and website, testing links, and monitoring inventory. - Provide occasional support to the Communications team, including assisting with programming the bi-weekly entertainment newsletter using Salesforce tools and platforms. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines and maintaining composure. - Monitor industry trends and innovations and assist with program research and reporting as needed. - Develop a thorough understanding of the agency's offerings, mission, and vision. - Demonstrate and uphold Momentum's values. - Perform other duties as assigned. HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS) - 1–2 years of experience in entertainment, ticketing, marketing, or account support preferred. - Familiar with industry ticketing platforms. - Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft office series (such as Excel, PowerPoint) and a comfort level with learning new ticketing systems and platforms. - Strong editing and proofreading skills a plus. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. - Detail-oriented with an ability to handle shifting priorities and deadlines - Solid communication skills – written and verbal - Passion for the Arts, Theater, Broadway and Music and Entertainment - Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful and solution-oriented - Polished, professional demeanor - You’re a quick learner and you play well with others, of all kinds 

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
